Ok, in fact there are two chests referring to papers and contract in the main building. I don't remember if the Console ("c") noted you'd acquired them probably. I think you should see them under Special Items (Journal tab) until you've delivered them and completed the quest. It's that chest-once you've accepted the quest-that has the contracts.
